Information on the processing of the personal data you send through the fvoe.it contact form, pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This is a translation: in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

Data processed

The data you enter in the form: organisation name, contact person, email, phone, type of organisation, service of interest and the text of your request. When you send it we also record your IP address, date and time, to prevent automated submissions and abuse.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to your request and sending you the information or quote you asked for: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Protecting the form from automated submissions and abuse: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How your data is handled and who receives it

Your request reaches Studio Albonet’s mailbox by email and is handled only by authorised staff. Our hosting and email providers act as data processors. Your data is not published or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as we need to handle your request and any relationship that follows; then we delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.

Providing your data

Providing your data is optional, but without the requested data we cannot reply to you.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@albonet.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies and visit statistics

fvoe.it uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which pages are read most. Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers and processes data such as the pages visited, where the visit comes from, the type of device and approximate location. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information in Google’s privacy policy.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.

fvoe.it uses no advertising profiling cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself.
